The Brand Union

In this role you’ll work within a team to develop the initial ‘big idea’ as well as create concepts for new assignments and help tease out the qualities and essence of the brand.

You’ll:

• Support creative development by gathering information and data through research
• Work with the team to develop the concept that suits client’s needs and create quality design
• Meet with clients as required to discuss business objectives and creative solutions
• Develop, test and implement ideas across a range of applications and compile material into client presentations
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure continuity of delivery within agreed timeframes and to high standards
• Accurate archiving of all data and back-up of all files and assist in the preparation of the case study
• Assist in budgeting and assessing of appropriate partners/suppliers
• Support senior and junior designers to fine tune ideas and share experiences

To be successful you’ll need:

• Fluency in the use of relevant design software
• Technical expertise in 2D, 3D etc..
• Sound knowledge across production, print and digital media
• Good knowledge of material and production processes to deliver quality solutions
• Awareness of emerging trends in design
• Good time management skills
• Creative flair
• Confident and articulate
• Experience in design/creative environment
• Relevant design/creative qualification
