Vodafone is the second largest mobile telephone operator in Spain. Its large point of sales network includes its own stores and distributors. In order to strengthen its network, they decided to work through franchised stores.
Vodafone needed to create a retail concept for its franchise stores that could provide a consistent and complete Vodafone brand experience similar to its own stores.
The Brand Union identified the key brand elements, both in 2D and 3D, that helped building the Vodafone brand experience and made it easy to manage by franchisees, in a simple and cost effective way.
We designed a retail concept that met both sales needs and franchise system challenges. The work resulted in a full brand retail space, based on an easy to manage kit of environmental elements
